Thelma J. Robinson is a passionate gospel music artist hailing from Aiken, South Carolina. With a powerful voice and a heart for ministry, she has been captivating audiences since her adolescent years. With influences ranging from her paternal grandmother to renowned gospel artist Mahaila Jackson, Thelma seamlessly blends traditional and modern styles. Her debut album, “Waiting On The Lord,” released in 2002, showcased her unique sound and quickly gained traction within the gospel community. Hits like “Waiting On The Lord” and “Lord We Worship You” have resonated with fans, delivering messages of hope and inspiration.
A recipient of several awards and honors, Thelma has won over the hearts of music lovers from all walks of life. She is dedicated to using music as a tool for healing and outreach, actively performing at a variety of venues and making dozens of appearances while serving as an inspiration and role model. Since releasing her first album, Thelma has released two additional albums, “Heal The Land” (2003) and “Pressing On” (2009).
Thelma is excited to announce the release of her fourth musical project and EP, “In The Morning” (2024) as she continues to share her journey of faith through music. She is married to Kenny Robinson and they share three children, Andras, Thea, and Kellie.
